Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Preprocessing:

   • Gather and collect data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, and external data sets.
   • Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

   • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.

   • Implement statistical tests and methodologies to validate model performance and robustness.

3. Insights Generation and Visualization:

   • Generate actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis.
   • Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.

4. Model Deployment and Monitoring:

   • Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
   • Monitor model performance, track key metrics, and implement improvements or updates as needed.
   • Develop tools and processes for automated model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

5. Continuous Learning and Innovation:

   • Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields.
   • Experiment with new techniques, algorithms, and tools to improve analytical capabilities and drive innovation.
   • Share knowledge and best practices with team members through training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights and solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, along with experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning techniques, and data mining algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred.
