Job Description-
*Drawing and Design coordination with Architects, Consultants and Contractors
*Coordination and monitoring of site MEP (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) activities.
*Preparing and maintaining check lists, test reports etc.
*Maintaining drawing logs, technical submittal logs and daily progress
*Coordinating for sample approval with architect, consultant, and company
*Overseeing and ensuring job specifications and tender procedures
*Managing budgets and project resources
*Making sure the project complies with legal requirements.
