*Should have strong finishing background, eye to detail and should have expertise in residential building finishing works.
*Coordinates program activities design to manage high end Blockwork, plastering, floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, wall claddings, Tiling works, Doors and window works, painting works, waterproofing works etc. through life cycle of project.
*Ensuring all drawings, specifications and work procedure are kept up to date and available on site.
*Should have hands on experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over work.
*To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
