We are looking for an Opentext Engineer for a reputable firm.
Exp level-5-9yrs • Location-Gurgaon, Chennai, Pune(preferable Gurgaon) • Job timings-12pm-9pm • Notice period-Immediate • Work from office-Hybrid-3 days in a week.
Skill- Must have completed 1 ECM upgrade activity, must have exp with open text ECM.
Technical skills requirements Experience with OpenText ECM – Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments Minimum five years of professional experience Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server installations, upgrades & Patching In-depth understanding of upgrades and migration of Content Server, Archive Center and related components Upgrades & Migrations achieved through automation Prior Experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages
Nice-to-have skills Functional experience in the pharma domain.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related science field or equivalent.
Role and responsibilities Well versed with upgrade, deployment, administration and troubleshooting of the OpenText ECM platform and surrounding components (Content Server, Archive Center, Brava, OTDS, Search & Indexing). Experience working with relational DBMS (PostgreSQL/Postgres, Oracle, MS SQL Server, mySQL) Familiarity with configuration and management of web/application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, etc.) Have deep understanding on OpenText functionalities Experience on Installation Configuration, Administration of OpenText Extended ECM Have successfully led implementation of at least 1 OpenText Extended ECM project Partners with infrastructure team to ensure backup and recovery strategies meet business requirements. Works with Database Administrator to ensure access and security necessary for database administration is available. Creates technical documentation, standards and procedures with regard to system administration, including documentation on installation, system configuration, modifications, processes and procedures Effective verbal and written communication Can complete milestones with minimum guidance Ability to work with limited supervision from customer management Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
