Job Role :- SAP Ariba Downstream Consultant
Relevant experience :- 4+ Years
Design and configure SAP Ariba Downstream solutions, including modules such as sourcing, procurement, supplier collaboration, contract management, and invoice management.
Customize SAP Ariba workflows, approval processes, and functionalities to align with unique business needs while adhering to best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP Ariba with other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper process flow.
Develop comprehensive test plans, conduct testing, and troubleshoot any identified issues to ensure a fully functional and reliable solution.
Provide end-user training, create user documentation, and assist in change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Offer ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly.
Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba features, updates, and industry best practices. Apply this knowledge to recommend process improvements and optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within established timelines and budgets.
Communicate project progress, status updates, and potential roadblocks to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Assist in knowledge sharing and mentorship of team members, contributing to the growth of the team's expertise
