Job title : SAP HCM LEAD

Base location : Hyderabad ,Pune ,Bangalore , Gurgaon

Project location : Assam, Bhubaneshwar , Guwahati  ( Ready for travel pan India)

Relevant experience  in SAP HCM : 10+ Years ( Who have the lead experience in HCM)

Notice period : Immediate joiners

Job Description:

• End-to-End SAP-ERP project (BBP to module Go-live)
• Candidates should have 8+ years on the HCM platform. Personnel Administration, Org Management, Time Management, Payroll – India, ESS & MSS.
• Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases.
• Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing  the complete process cycles.
• Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS.
• Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management.
• Integration knowledge across modules.
• Good to have an exposure in PSU processes.
• Involved with the technical team in providing the functional specifications and testing of client business processes.
• Involved in user training workshops, documentation and handling day-to-day issues. 
• Should have good communication skills and be able to successfully conduct Workshops.
• Should have Good Communication Skills
• Should have experience of handling a team
• Client interfacing

Job title : SAP HCM ESS/MSS

Base location : Hyderabad ,Pune ,Bangalore , Gurgaon

Project location : Assam, Bhubaneshwar , Guwahati  ( Ready for travel pan India)

Relevant experience  in SAP HCM : 5+ Years ( Who have the ESS /MSS experience in HCM)

Notice period : Immediate joiners

Job Description :

• At least 2 End-to-end implementation experience in S4HANA.Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases.
• Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing  the complete process cycles.
• Possess strong knowledge on ESS/MSS, Training management  and Travel Management
