1. Responsible for drive competency-based Talent Acquisition process for Pan India across all levels by attracting key talent into the organization through various internal and external sources.
2. Initiate & monitor cost control and cost reduction measures in the recruitment function.
3. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
4. Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
5. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
6. Analyze and set an action plan on monthly recruitment trends within the organization and the industry.
7. Branding the organization at various campuses for direct hires and summer interns.
8. To drive the Background verification process for all employees.
9. Ensure that all processes are followed in line with the agreed SOPs.
