We are looking to do bulk hiring for the position of Sales Executive for our international Voice Profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  6. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Provide timely and effective communication to management regarding sales performance, forecasts, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities and manage pipelines.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
