Having Good knowledge of RCC works, should have experience in finishing & fit out works.
Should be able to read and analyze drawings & should be able to identify the items and prepare BOQ. Also should ensure that all the Safety standards are followed.
Should have knowledge of AUTOCAD, well versed in preparing Work Schedules etc.
Coordinating with supervisors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time
Preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
Inspecting construction sites to ensure that work is being done according to plans and specifications
Monitoring construction projects to ensure that they are proceeding according to schedule and within budget parameters
Conducting feasibility studies and creating designs for new projects using computer modeling software
Reviewing proposals from architects or contractors for compliance with federal, state, and local building codes
Developing construction budgets and bidding proposals based on client needs and available funds
Performing calculations to determine quantities of materials needed for projects
