Job Description
Responsibilities
Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with other departments to obtain required information for invoicing
Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues
Prepare and submit invoices for approval
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Experience Required - 2-4 yrs
Proven experience as an accounts invoice maker or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and numerical aptitude
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
