Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, test automation, and quality assurance methodologies. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, create test plans, and execute tests in an automated manner.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Write and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on risk and impact analysis.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to developers to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Continuously research and evaluate new automation tools and techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• X years of experience in software development or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
