Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automation Testing Engineer to join our team at Incedo, based in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and coding abilities, experience with global customer handling, and excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Java. Perform thorough troubleshooting of test failures and production issues. Collaborate with global customers and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and test suites. Participate in code reviews and continuous integration practices. Ensure timely and effective communication with international clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Automation Testing. Proficient in Python and Java programming. Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global customers. Prior experience handling international clients in a customer-facing role is a must. Willing to attend a face-to-face interview on Friday at our Kalyani Nagar, Pune office.
