JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP BI Solution Design and Development:

   • Design and architect SAP BI solutions based on business requirements, leveraging SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and other SAP BI tools and technologies.
   • Develop data models, data flows, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into the SAP BI environment.
   • Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP BusinessObjects tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Lumira, etc.) to provide actionable insights to business users.

2. Data Integration and Data Management:

   • Configure and maintain data integration interfaces between SAP BI and other systems, including SAP ERP, CRM, and external data sources.
   • Implement data governance and data quality standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of BI data.

3. Performance Optimization and Maintenance:

   • Optimize SAP BI system performance by tuning data models, queries, and processes to meet performance requirements and improve user experience.
   • Monitor and maintain SAP BI systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure system availability, reliability, and scalability.

4. User Training and Support:

   • Provide training and support to business users on SAP BI tools and functionalities, including report generation, data analysis, and self-service BI capabilities.
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback, address user needs, and continuously improve BI solutions.

5. Documentation and Documentation:

   • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, data models, ETL mappings, and report specifications.
   • Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP BI development and implementation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Intelligence) are a plus.
• Proven experience as an SAP BI Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects tools.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BI architecture, data modeling concepts, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform, SAP HANA, and related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
