Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand ecommerce requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
Configure and customize the SAP Commerce Cloud platform to meet business needs, including product catalog management, pricing and promotions, checkout processes, and content management.
Develop and implement integrations between SAP Commerce Cloud and other systems such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
Design and implement responsive and user-friendly frontend experiences using SAP Commerce Cloud Accelerators or custom frontend frameworks.
Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that optimize conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud environments in accordance with best practices and security standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and SAP Commerce Cloud, and incorporate them into solution designs and implementations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and performance of ecommerce solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ecommerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris Commerce).
Strong understanding of ecommerce concepts, processes, and best practices, including catalog management, order management, payment processing, and customer experience optimization.
Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with Spring framework.
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, data models, and customization techniques.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Commerce Cloud certification (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Commerce Cloud).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration for end-to-end business processes.
Knowledge of SAP Customer Experience solutions such as SAP Customer Data Cloud (formerly Gigya) and SAP Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience with performance optimization and scalability testing of ecommerce applications.
Understanding of ecommerce analytics and KPIs for measuring performance and driving business insights.
