JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Testing Specialist to join our team. As a ServiceNow Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow platform through comprehensive testing and validation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop test plans, execute tests, and report findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, ServiceNow platform knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and system administrators to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance testing as needed.
• Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and verify fixes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Participate in release management activities, including deployment validation and post-release testing.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continually improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow platform testing.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform components, including Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, such as Script Editor, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira) and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
