JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand time management requirements and objectives.
  2. Analyze existing time management processes and recommend SF Employee Central Time Management solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  3. Configure SF Employee Central Time Management module to support time recording, absence management, attendance tracking, and scheduling processes.
  4. Customize SF Employee Central Time Management functionality using configuration options, business rules, and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
  5. Define and configure time-related data structures, including time profiles, attendance types, absence types, and time accounts, within SF Employee Central.
  6. Integrate SF Employee Central Time Management with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  7. Develop and execute test scripts to validate SF Employee Central Time Management configurations and customizations.
  8. Provide end-user training and support during SF Employee Central Time Management implementation and post-implementation phases.
  9. Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements, upgrades, and patches related to SF Employee Central Time Management.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SF Employee Central Time Management functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
  11. Stay current with SF Employee Central Time Management best practices, new features, and updates released by SAP.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an SF - Employee Central Time Management Consultant or similar role, with at least X years of experience.
  3. Strong understanding of time management processes and methodologies.
  4. Hands-on experience with SF Employee Central Time Management configuration, customization, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
  5. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration tools such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  9. Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central or related modules are preferred.
