Lead the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions, including gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and designing system configurations.
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to support core HR processes such as employee master data management, organizational structure management, time tracking, payroll processing, and talent management.
Develop and maintain integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules such as SAP FI (Finance), SAP CO (Controlling), SAP SuccessFactors, and external systems.
Define and configure HR structures, including organizational units, positions, job roles, and personnel subareas, in SAP HCM.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and execute test scripts for SAP HCM configurations and customizations.
Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and project team members throughout the SAP HCM implementation lifecycle.
Conduct end-user training sessions and create training materials to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
Stay current with SAP HCM best practices, new features, and updates released by SAP.
Assist with pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or similar role, with at least X years of experience.
Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Talent Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, including employee lifecycle management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Experience leading SAP HCM implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR requirements and design effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant SAP certifications in SAP HCM or related modules are preferred.
